Reppin Your Borough: Uptown Dance!

By: Sydnie Mosley, Dance Editor

I came-of-age in my undergraduate days as an Uptown Girl so it's hard for me venture far away. With my New York roots in Harlem, I am extremely interested in supporting its dance community though it does not seem to exist in any cohesive way. Classes and performances are always happening in Harlem so please add to the list if you know of other venues and events. Here's my guide to studios, classes and other dance opportunities between 110th and 155th, river to river.
