Our favorite ex-wife, thanks to the infamous BET series Tiny and Toya, may have a new hubby-to-be.  Toya Carter b.k.a. Lil Wayne’s ex wife may have wedding bells serenading her – again.

Toya was spotted rocking what could be an engagement ring.  If so, no surprise there, since Toya glows every time she speaks of her boo Memphitz.  The rock was glistening all night while the couple partied at NV Lounge in New Orleans this past weekend. Congratulations may be in order, but only time will tell. Stay tuned!         MAKE IT RAIN
